o         In D21 and H21 classes the division into E, A, B and C categories will be done according to the Implementing Regulation and the Racing Rules of ČSOB.

o         The decisive date for HSH Ranking is July 31st, 2005.

o         The numbers in the E, A and B categories are following:

·        H21E – 40, H21A – 70, H21B – 80

·        D21E – 30, D21A – 60, D21B – 70

o         The organiser reserves the right to merge the classes in case of small number of entries in the particular one.

Course lengths:           Expected winning times according to the Racing Rules of ČSOB.

Terrain:                        Rocky and hilly.

Regulation:                  The valid Rules and the Racing Rules of ČSOB are to be implemented.

Punching system:        SPORTident for all classes in all stages.

o        SI card rent is 20 CZK per stage.

o        Entries made after August 10th only next to the organiser possibilities, in D21 and H21 classes only to the C category.

o        Starting fee embraces a 12,5 per cent-transfer to the ČSOB.

o        Starting fee is to be paid by means of transfer order on TJ Turnov account in Komerční banka Turnov, or on given account number in whatever affiliated branch of Komerční banka: 10006-25835581/0100, variable symbol post code of the city of your club.

o        Accommodation and parking fees are to be paid in the event centre.

Registration:    Friday, August 19th          6 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the event centre

Saturday, August 20th     8 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the event centre

Sunday, August 21st         8 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the event centre

                           To accelerate the registration process a representative of the club is to check-in the whole team.

Accommodation:The organiser provides only the possibility in own tents in the event centre.

o         The price is 60 CZK per every 4 square metres and night and is to be paid in the event centre.

o         There are restaurant, stand, drinking water and TOI-TOI mobile toilets on disposal in the event centre.

o         We kindly ask to note the pre-requisite (number of tents) in the entry.

Parking: Parking is available in the event centre, parking fee of 30 CZK for both day is to be paid on the spot.

Awarding ceremony: The best 3 in all classes in the overall standings will be awarded on Sunday, August 21st around 2 p.m. The overall winner is given by the sum of
 times in all 3 stages.

Miscellaneous:       Bathing-place available close to the event centre.

                              An O-Kindergarten available in the event centre.

It is strictly forbidden to use grip and spike shoes, the competition is held in the protected natural area Bohemian Paradise (CHKO Český ráj)!
